摘要
以自主开发的数控塑料切黏机的刀架为研究对象,以提高刀架刚度为目的,完成了切黏机刀架的三维装配模型,分析了切黏机刀架的结构和变形特点,对刀架关键零件支架进行了三维有限元分析和计算,通过计算三种方案的最大变形量,选择了较合理的支架结构,并在此基础上对支架结构进行了优化。研究结果为切黏机刀架结构的优化和进一步改进设计提供了理论依据。
To improve the stiffness of the knife rest of CNC plastic cutting and adhering machine, the 3D modeling and virtual assembling for the knife rest were made by UG. The structure of the knife rest and the transformation characteristic were analyzed, the key parts of the knife rest structure were analyzed and calculated by 3 D FEM, and the reasonable bracket was choosed and optimized by calculating the maximum deformation of three kinds of projects.
