摘要
利用Fluent软件对喷嘴内部的流场进行数值模拟,从模型建立、网格划分、边界条件设置等方面阐述了求解过程,并对模拟结果进行后处理和分析;用Fluent软件对长度分别为20mm、25mm和30mm的3种加旋元件模拟了速度矢量图,在30MPa进口压力条件下进行分析,从而得出旋转磨料射流喷嘴的最佳工作状态。
The flow field within the nozzle was simulated by Fluent software, the process of solution was introduced from the model build, mesh partition, boundary conditions settings, and the simulation results were dealed with and analyzed. The vector of velocity of three kinds of screw propeller withthe length of 20 mm, 25mm and 30 mm was simulated by Fluent software, the status under 30MPa pressure-inlet was analyzed, and the best working status of swirling abrasive jet nozzle was got.
