摘要
射流钻孔是一个动态的复杂过程,在一定水力参数下能否钻出符合形状和深度要求的孔取决于喷嘴型式结构。采用多孔喷嘴形成多股射流组合,使射流能量分布具有局部集中和总体叠加包络的特点,能够有效地实现破岩钻孔。通过改变多个喷孔组合的参数可以调整射流能量分布,从而钻出不同直径要求的孔。射流中添加磨料改变了射流速度分布及衰减规律,对其钻孔性能影响显著。
Jet piercing is a performance of complex process. Boring suitable shape and depth under certain hydraulic parametric depends on the structure of jet. It can break rock to drill by using multiple nozzles to form multiple jet flow, and have effiux energy distribution characteristic of local conformity and integer stack. It can drill different demands of diameter of the hole by changing combination of jet nozzle adjusting jet energy distribution. Jet flow, adding abrasive, changes of jet velocity distribution and decay characteristic apparently can affect performance of drilling.
