摘要
学术性是大学的基本属性,从大学产生之初,学术管理就是大学内部管理的核心,但是由于社会和大学自身的发展,这种管理的核心地位越来越受到威胁。由于我国对高等教育的管理模式长久以来是高度集中的集权制,因此更是造成了行政化管理手段的主导。本文从历史解释和文本解读的研究视角,对我国大学学术管理自身的发展进行历史的梳理,从中可以看出在大学管理中学术性的特征日益彰显。
University is essentially academic.From the birth of university,academic management is the core of its internal management.However,with the development of society and the university,the management is increasingly threatened.Because China's higher education management model has long been a centralization system,the pan-administration dominates the management.In terms of the historical and textual interpretation,the development of the academic management of China's Universities is collated,which can see the increasingly noticeable academic nature in the university management.
