摘要
后撤步推铅球技术源于20世纪80年代初由日本人发明创造,该技术是继背向滑步推铅球技术和背向旋转推铅球技术之后的新型助跑技术。该项技术与背向滑步推铅球技术同属直线性助跑技术类型,两者比较起来后撤步推铅球技术动作结构相对简单、实用,助跑效果明显。以个别投掷专业的学生进行了后撤步推铅球技术教学和训练为实验对象,并在2006—2007年两轮体育专业铅球教学过程中,进行了两个年级四个班的滑步推铅球和撤步推铅球两种不同助跑技术类型的教学实验对比。结果表明:同一类型的助跑形式,后撤步的助跑技术比较简单、容易掌握,比较能够充分发挥人体的移动速度,同时形成最后用力前的预备姿势也比较到位,助跑效果显著。动作技能的形成较快,运动成绩的提高明显。
Shot Put-step retreat from technology in the early 1980s was invented by the Japanese. The technology and technical back-slip shot put the same type of technology run-up in a straight line. The technique structure is relatively simple, practical, with evident result. The author researched on a two-year four classes from 2006 to 2007 in doing the sports shot in the teaching process,and compared the two different types of teaching technology. The results showed that: retreated further run-up technology is simpler,easier to grasp, and can give full play to the body's speed ,compared with the back-slip technique,and it formed a final preparation before the force posture,which was also quite in place,significant in effect.
