摘要
为了增强学生对铅球动作的认识,提高身体素质,从心理学表象原理及过程出发,通过表象法与常规教学法进行教学对比,表象教学法能加深学生对铅球技术动作的理解,激发和引导学生思维,使想和练结合起来,形成完整的认识过程,提高教学效果。
In order to enhance the recognition of shot put and improve the quality of body ,from the principle of image teaching,we will improve the result of teaching through image teaching.because it can deepen the understanding of the students to the serve and imitate the thinking of technique.
