摘要
以工业级壳聚糖为原料,经过羟乙基化、硫酸酯化反应制备羟乙基壳聚糖硫酸酯,考察了羟乙基壳聚糖硫酸酯反应中诸因素对产物质量的影响,结合条件试验研究了合成方法和工艺条件.得出的优化反应条件是:2.5 g羟乙基壳聚糖,固定DMF用量10 mL,硫酸酯化试剂为6 mL,反应温度68℃,反应时间为4 h.通过IR结构表征,证明羟乙基壳聚糖硫酸酯化反应后,硫酸酯基团存在于壳聚糖大分子链上.
Hydroethyl chitosan sulfonated ester was synthesised from industrial grade chitosan via modification reaction of hydroethyl and sulfonated esteridication. The reaction condition for every step were discussed, their optimun reaction condition were: 2.5 g hydroethyl chitosan, 10 mL DMF,6 mL chlorosulfonic acid,68 ℃ ,4 h. Via IR structural characterization, it is proved that the chlorosulfonic esterify exists indeed in large molecules chain of chitosan after sulphonation.
