大学与小学合作培养本科层次小学教师的理念与实践——以陇东学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 高等师范院校在本科层次小学教师的培养过程中存在着理论与实际相脱离的问题。在当前教师专业化的背景下,高师本科小学教师的培养应借鉴国外教师教育的经验,充分利用地方基础教育资源,以小学作为培养基地,通过多种形式与途径,开展大学与小学之间的相互合作。 Theory has been divorced from practice in the cultivation of und uate-level primary school teachers at college. In the current context of the professionalization of teachers, foreign experience should be drawn on and local elementary education resources should be utilized. Meanwhile, the primary school is taken as a training base and efforts need to be made to conduct cooperation between colleges and primary schools through various ways and means.
