摘要
酝酿十余年之久的创业板市场在我国终于开启,推出创业板意义重大。为了使创业板市场能够顺利建立并健康持续发展,实现其作用和功能,我国既要吸取国外创业板市场建设和发展的经验及教训,也要结合我国资本市场和经济发展的实际情况采取个性化措施。据此,本文在设立模式、资源结构、监管制度、信息披露制度、退市制度、交易制度和投资者保护制度等方面对我国创业板市场建设提出了对策建议。
GEM is on to be launched in China after preparation for more than ten years, which is of great significance. GEM in China should not only absorb experience and lesson in the construction and development of overseas GEM, but also take into account of the actual circumstance of capital market and economic development in China, in order to ensure smooth launch and sustained development of GEM and realize its key functions. This paper has proposed expected countermeasures in the fields of establishment mode, resource structure, supervision mechanism, information disclosure rules, delisting rules, transaction system, investor protection system etc.
