摘要
最新统计表明我国直肠癌发病率连年"走高",随着医学的不断进步与发展,癌症的诊断率不断提高,然而直肠癌起病隐匿,早期症状不明显,多数患者确诊相当晚,直到现在外科手术是直肠癌治疗最重要、最有效的手段,而且手术的目的既要根治又要保留功能,现将近年来治疗直肠癌的外科手术方式综述如下。
New statistics indicate the incidence rate of rectal cancer in our country has become higher and higher. With the development and improvement of medicine, the diagnosis rate of rectal cancer has increased,but the early symptom of this disease is not obvious,thus most of final diagnosis is very late. By now, surgical therapy is the most important and effective method, and the purpose of operation request radical cure and function reservation, now the operative method of rectal cancer in recent year are listed as follow.
