摘要
目的：对比分析腹腔镜与开腹术治疗胆囊息肉的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年10月～2014年10月收治的49例胆囊息肉患者，对照组应用开腹术治疗，观察组应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗，比较两组手术情况与并发症。结果观察组切口长度、术中出血、疼痛评分、肠道功能恢复时间、手术时间、住院时间与并发症相对较少，两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胆囊息肉应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗可以确定病变性质，保留功能良好的胆囊，安全性高。
Objective The clinical effects between peritoneoscope and laparotomy in term of the gal bladder polyp treatment are to be made into comparison. Methods 49 patients with gal bladder polyp who were treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the research object, the laparotomy was adopted in the control group while the laparoscopic cholecystectomy was appied into the observation group. Then the operation conditions and their complications of both groups were made into a comparison. Results Through the comparison,the observation group was provided with a better result in terms of the length of incision,hemorrhage during operation,pain score,intestinal function recovery,time of operation, hospital stays and complication. There were significant differences between the treatment results of the two groups,with a statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The gal bladder polyp can be treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,thereby identifying the lesion,and keeping the cholecyst with good function. The method is provided with high safety.
