OX-LDL及其抗体的研究进展
摘要
氧化低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)是引起动脉粥样硬化病理改变和损伤的最主要因子之一,OX-LDL可诱导机体免疫系统产生自身抗体,OX-LDL、OX-LDL自身抗体以及低密度脂蛋白免疫复合物(LDL-IC)在动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展过程中发挥重要的作用。
