摘要
借助电子显微镜对自溶的米曲霉菌丝细胞的结构进行观察．结果发现，自溶开始后，菌丝细胞发生质壁分离，核及各种细胞器被破坏，质膜破裂，细胞壁上出现孔隙。
With the aid of the electron microscope,the structure of the mycelia cell of the autolysis of Aspergillus orvzae was observed.It has been found that in the beginning of autolysis,protoplasm contained in myceia concentrated,resuting in plasmolysis.Nuleus and organelles were destroied.Plasma membrane was ruptured.Holes were found in the cell wall.Material in cells was excreted through the holes in the cell walls.
