摘要
采用多因素试验正交优选法对三株米曲霉(Aspergillusoryzae)的自溶条件进行了系统研究,研究结果表明:自溶的pN值、自溶温度和氧气状况对米曲霉的自溶作用影响最为显著;确定了优化的自溶条件,即pH4.0,45℃,缺氧,菌株AS3.381以及在液体补充察氏培养基中培养24h的菌丝体,在该条件下经25d自溶,菌丝体干重损失率达58.8%。
Three strains of Aspergillus oryzae were performed.An orthogonal testwas used to determin the optimal conditions for their autolvsis.it has been found that pHof autolytic solution,temperature of autolysis and aeration played important,oles in theautolysis of A. oryzae. The optimal conditions for the autolysis were pH 4.5,45℃,oxy-gen deficiency, strain AS 3. 38 1, additionaI Czape's liquid medium and the mycelia of24hs old. In the optimal conditions,the loss of dry weight of the mycelia amounted to58.8% after 25 days ofautolysis.
