大黄联合辛伐他汀对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Rhubarb Combined with Simvastatin on Microinflammatory State in Hemodialysis Patients

摘要 目的:探讨大黄联合辛伐他汀对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响。方法:维持性血液透析患者40例,随机分为3组:Ⅰ组(对照组)10例、Ⅱ组(辛伐他汀组)15例和Ⅲ组(大黄+辛伐他汀组)15例。治疗前及治疗后8周检测血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、白蛋白(ALB)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)变化。结果:Ⅰ组8周前后TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、Alb、BUN、Cr、CRP的水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C、CRP均较治疗前明显下降,而HDL、ALB上升(P<0.05),但两组的BUN、Cr治疗前后无明显差异。结论:大黄和辛伐他汀具有降脂、抗炎的作用,两者联合运用,能明显改善维持性血液透析患者的微炎症状态,降低血脂水平。 Objective: To study the effects of rhubarb combined with simvastatin on micro-inflammation in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods: Forty regular hemodialysis patients were ran- domly divided into three groups: control group (group Ⅰ , n = 10), simvastatin treated group (group Ⅱ, n=15), and rhubarb combined with simvastatin treated group (group Ⅲ, n=15). Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), LDI.-cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein (HI)L), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), creatinine (Cr) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were assayed after 8 weeks. Results: The levels of TG, TC, LDL C, HDL, Alb, BUN, Cr, and CRP had no obviously changes in group Ⅰ (P〉0.05). The levels of TG, TC, LDL-C, and CRP were decreased in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ , while HDL and Alb were increased. Compared with group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ had the highest changes of every index except BUN and Cr. Conclusion: These results show that simvastatin, especially combined with rhubarb, exhibits favourable effects on lipid profiles, C reactive protein, and renal function in patients with hemodialysis.
