摘要
推行全员聘用制改革并建立岗位管理制度是高校适应社会主义市场经济环境,实现可持续发展的重要举措。但在行政任用向合同聘用转变的过程中会产生许多矛盾因素,制约着高校的全面和谐发展,如何以人本理念贯穿于聘用制条件下的思想政治工作,是高校利用人事制度改革契机实现跨越式发展的重要保证。
Hiring system and position management mechanism are important measures for colleges and universities to adapt to the socialist market economic environment and to achieve sustainable development. Conflicts and problems will arise during the transition from Administrative Appointing System to Contract Hiring system, thus in all respects constraining the harmonic development of colleges and universities. Those colleges and universities which apply people-oriented concept to ideological and political work under Hiring System would be more able to restructure human resource system to guarantee a leap forward.
