摘要 纤维素是地球上最丰富的生物大分子和最重要的可再生资源,广泛存在于植物和部分细菌中。近年来,关于植物纤维素分子生物学的研究一直是国际相关研究的热点。从几种典型植物的纤维素合成酶基因入手,综述了植物纤维素合成酶的特性、纤维素合成酶基因的克隆与序列特征及其蛋白结构特征。 Cellulose is the most abundant biological macromolecules on earth and the most important renewable resources, which is widely distributed in plants and some bacteria. In recent years, research for molecular biology of plant cellulose has been a hot issue of international researches. Based on the typical plant cellulose synthase gene, the plant cellulose synthase characteristics, cloning of cellulose synthase gene and sequence characteristics, as well as its protein structure, were systematically summarized in this paper.
