摘要
采用循环伏安法研究邻硝基苯酚在β-环糊精修饰碳糊电极上的伏安行为,建立测定邻硝基苯酚的电化学分析新方法。研究结果表明,在pH=5.0的0.1 mol·L^-1NH4CH-HC l缓冲溶液中测得的循环伏安曲线上有一不可逆的还原电流峰,经过与未修饰的碳糊电极上测得的循环伏安行为对比后确认,β-CD对领硝基苯酚有较好的识别作用,加快了电子转移速度,增强了富集效应。在优化的实验条件下,邻硝基苯酚的浓度在5.0×10^-6-2.0×10^-4mol·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,其检测限为7.0×10^-7mol·L^-1。
Based on the cyclic vottammetric behavior of o-nitrophenol at carbon paste electrode modified by β-CD, a novel method was estabhshed for the determination of o-nitrophenol' s concentration. Electrochemical experimental results showed that a irreversible deoxidation peak was observed in pH 5.0 NH4Cl-HCl buffer solutions. In contrast to the electrochemical behavior of unmodified carbon paste eleetrods,it's suggested that β-CD on the o-nitrophenol has remarkably enhanced the identification,electron transfer and preeoncentration functions. Under the optimized conditions, the relationship between the peak current and the o-nitrophenol concentration is linear in the range of 5.0×10^-6mol·^-1-2.0×10^-4mol·L^-1 with a detection limit of 7.0 × 10 ^- 7 mol · L ^- 1. This method has advantages including stimuli-responsivity, high selectivity and convenience.
