摘要
随着社会经济的发展,政府职能机关单纯依靠管理来处理社会事务存在一定的不足,必须在管理的过程中不断强化服务意识,相互补充。从管理与服务的定义、异同进行了简略的论述,并对管理与服务的目前现状和问题作了剖析,提出改进方法和建议,以期对政府由管理型向服务型职能转变和构建和谐社会有启示作用。
With the development of social economic, the government function institution who simply depends on management to handle social affairs has certain insufficiency, it must strengthen the service consciousness unceasingly in the management process, supplement mutually. This article mainly discusses the definition, similarities and differences between management and service, and has made the analysis to the present situation and questions about management and service, and gives the suggestions. This has some inspirition to the government function transition from administration to service, and to the construction of harmounious society.
