摘要
以混合脂肪酸甘油酯为基质制备甲硝唑中空栓和普通栓,通过紫外分光光度法测定2种栓剂含量及累积溶出度,并考察其体外释放速度。结果表明:甲硝唑检测质量浓度的线性范围为3~15μg/mL(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.26%(RSD=0.85%);中空栓比普通栓释药速度快。
The hollow type suppository and the conventional type suppository were prepared with mixed fatty glyceride as the base; the content of metronidazole was determined by ultraviolet speetrophotometry. The dissolution rate of the metronidazole hollow suppository was comparable to that of the conventional type suppository. The linear range of metronidazole was 3- 15 μg/mL(r=0. 999 8), with an average recovery rate of 99.26 % (RSD=0.85 %). Drug release rate of hollow type suppository is higher than the conventional type suppository.
