摘要
核因子κB(NF-κB)是一个在多种水平上被严密调控的细胞核转录因子,是多种信号转导途径的汇聚点。NF-κB可通过调控与细胞分化和细胞凋亡、增殖相关基因的表达,在多种肿瘤的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。NF—κB与疾病预后、肿瘤免疫及机体对抗耐药性有关。NF-κB可能成为肿瘤治疗中新的靶基因,开发特异调控NF—κB活性的药物将有助于提高肿瘤治疗的成功率。
Nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) is a transcription factor, and is a hub of multiple signal transduction pathways. NF-κB regulates cell differentiation, apoptosis and proliferation-related genes, and plays an important role in tumor occurrence and development process. NF-κB associates with the disease prognosis, tumor immunity and anti-body resistance, and is a possible target gene. The drugs regulating NF-κB will improve the success rate of tumor treatment.
