摘要
在经济全球化迅猛发展的今天,作为知识载体的知识型员工是企业获取竞争优势的首要源泉,因而成为各企业争夺的重要资源,这就为知识型员工的流动提供了可能性,其流失问题也已成为企业面临的棘手问题。文章以我国知识型员工为研究对象,首先分析了知识型员工流失严重的主要原因,指出了人才流失给企业带来的风险,并提出了如何有效防范知识型员工流失的具体措施,以期对我国企业知识型员工流失问题的解决有所启示和帮助。
In the rapid development of economic globalization today, knowledge staff are the important resources in gaining competitive advantages. This has provided the possibility for the knowledge staff" flowing, which has become the delicate matter which the enterprise faces. Taking knowledge staff in China as the object of study, this paper first analyzes the courses and risks of brain drain in enterprises, and then put forward ways to guard against the outflow of the knowledge staff in order to help to solve the problem.
