摘要
[目的]了解动物伤人分布情况及相关特点,以便采取针对性狂犬病的防治措施提供依据。[方法]对博白县疾病预防控制中心狂犬病预防门诊2008年动物咬伤患者就诊处理记录,对就诊预防处理情况进行统计分析。[结果]2008年共接诊犬、猫等动物伤2 648例。其中,犬伤1758例,占66.39%;疑是疯狗致伤4例,其他动物无明显狂犬症状;猫伤594例,占22.43%;鼠、猪等其他动物伤296例,占11.18%。年龄以10岁以下儿童居多(847例),占31.99%;以农民、学生暴露居多(1 352、938例),分别占51.07%、35.43%;夏秋季节为暴露高峰期,暴露者中自行处理伤口者1658例,占62.62%;24 h内接种疫苗者2 271例,占85.76%;全程足量接种疫苗者2647例,占99.98%;联合注射狂犬病免疫球蛋白者1251例,占47.24%;全程免疫后检测狂犬病抗体者965例,阳性945例,阳性率为97.92%。[结论]群众动物伤后能主动到疾控部门接受伤口处理和免疫接种,显示了目前居民对狂犬病的预防意识较强。
[Objective]To understand the distribution and related characteristic of people bitten by animals, provide scientific basis for targeted rabies prevention and control. [Methods]Statistical analysis of the record for the people bitten by animals and treated in CDC of the county in 2008 was conducted. [Results]2 648 cases bitten by animals were diagnosed and treated in 2008,of them, 1 758 cases were bitten by dogs, accounting for 66.39%;4 suspected cases were bitten by crazy dogs（0. 15 %）, but no rabies symptoms were detected in other animals;594 cases were bitten by cats（22.43 % ） ;296 cases by pigs, mice and other animals （11. 18%）. 847 cases were children under 10 years old（31.99 %） ; 1352 cases were farmers（51.07%） ;938 were students（35.42 %）. The highest prevalence season was in Summer and Autumn. 1658 cases treated the wound by themselves（62.62%）. 2271 cases were vaccinated within 24 h（85.76%）. 2 647 cases had full course rahies vaccination （99.98 %）, 1 251 cases had rabies immune globulin （47.24%）. 965 cases were tested for antibody against rabies alter full course rabies vaccination,945 cases were positive for antibodies（97.92 %）. [Conclusion]Most of the people can treated and vaccinated in Center for Disease Control and Prevention after bitten by animals, it showed that rabies prevention was carried out well in local residents.
