摘要
针对目前油气悬挂系统存在的不足,提出了一种新型的双单向阀式油气悬挂系统.介绍了新型油气悬挂系统的结构和工作原理.通过大型工程分析软件ADAMS建立了连通式油气悬挂系统、非独立式油气悬挂系统以及该新型油气悬挂系统的虚拟样机模型.分别针对油气悬挂系统对车辆的转向性能和行驶平顺性的影响进行了详细的对比分析.分析结果表明该新型油气悬挂系统对提高车辆的转向性能和行驶平顺性的综合性能更有利.
According to the existing fault of hydro-pneumatic suspension (HPS), a new type of hydropneumatic suspension with double check valve was proposed. The structure and working principle of the new type of HPS were introduced. The vitrual prototype model of linked HPS, dependent HPS and the new type of HPS were built by using ADAMS software. The effect of different HPS on the vehicle rolling characteristics and ride comfortability was constrastively analyzed in detail. The results showed the new type of HPS obviously improved the comprehensive performance of steering characteristics and ride comfortablity.
