摘要
井下巷道作业空间有限,防爆柴油电缆收放车是机、电、液一体化产品,针对井下电缆敷设中应用,主要用于井下电缆的收放和运输,为适应电缆支架的安装空间、支撑刚度及减震要求,防爆柴油电缆收放车的后悬挂采用减震性能好油气悬挂。因高度及侧向空间的限制,将轮罩与悬架进行一体化设计,油气悬挂采用倾斜式安装方式,同时油气悬挂采用油气分离的结构。在防爆柴油电缆收放车悬架设计中,针对此油气悬架结构及特性进行研究,分析了悬架点位及参数,并对悬架点位和参数进行优化设计。
With limited working space in underground roadway,explosion-proof diesel cable retracting and releasing vehicle is an integrated product of machine,electricity and hydraulic.For the application of underground cable laying,it is mainly used for retracting and transporting underground cables.In order to adapt to the installation space,support stiffness and shock absorption requirements of cable supports,the rear suspension of explosion-proof diesel cable retracting and releasing vehicle adopts oil-gas suspension with good shock absorption performance.Due to the limitation of height and lateral space,the wheel housing and suspension are integrated.The oil-gas suspension adopts the inclined installation mode,and the oil-gas suspension adopts the oil-gas separation structure.In the design of anti-explosion diesel cable-rack,the structure and characteristics of the hydro-pneumatic suspension were studied,the suspension position and parameters were analyzed,and the suspension position and parameters were optimized.
