川芎嗪和SOD对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨川芎嗪对肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:选用大鼠一侧肾切除,对侧肾缺血60分钟动物模型,观察再灌注前、再灌注后24小时肾组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量及Na+,K+-ATPase活力的改变以及使用超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和川芎嗪治疗对它们的影响。结果:60分钟肾缺血和再灌注导致肾皮质MDA含量显著增高,而Na+,K+-ATPase活力明显降低,用SOD和川芎嗪治疗后,肾皮质MDA含量明显低于缺血组(P值分别<0.01和0.05),Na+,K+-ATPase活力则高于缺血组(P值均<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪通过抗氧化作用干扰氧自由基对肾组织的损伤。 To evaluate the protective role of Ligustrazine in ischemia and reperfusion injury. Methods The rat renal ischemia model with right nephrectomy and occlusion of the left renal pedicle for 60 minutes was used in this experiment. The changes of the renal cortical malondialdebyde (MDA) and Na+,K+-ATPase and the effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD)and Ligustrazine on them were studied at the time of 24 hour reperfusion after 60 minutes renal ischemia.Results Ischemia and reperfusion cause anincrease in MDA production and a reduction in Na+,K+- ATPase activity. These effects were prevented to various degrees by SOD as well as Ligustrazine.Conclusion Ligustrazine may act as an antioxidant to protect the renal tissue from free radical demage.
