摘要
肾脏缺血-再灌注损伤是一个非常复杂的病理生理现象,其机制尚未完全明了。丹参和川芎嗪都是中药的有效成分,对肾脏缺血-再灌注损伤均具有防治作用。文章对丹参和川芎嗪在肾脏缺血-再灌注损伤中的防治作用进行综述。
Kidney ischemia-reperfusion injury is an extremely complicated pathophysiologic phenomenon whose mechanism remains unclear. Dan-shen root and Ligustrazine, two effective ingredients of traditional Chinese herb medicine, have preventive and therapeutic effects on the kidney injuries caused by ischemia-reperfusion. This paper reviews the recent progress in the study of the effects of Dan-shen root and Ligustrazine on the kidney injuries arising from ischemia- reperfusion.
