摘要
目的:通过灰树花口含片的制备,为灰树花多糖提供一条新的加工途径。方法:以崩解时间为指标,通过单因素考察得出口含片的最佳处方。结果:制得的口含片崩解时间及溶出度均符合规定。结论:工艺简单、口含片口感好、服用方便,质量可控。
Objective： To supply a new utilization for Grifolafrondosa by preparing buccal tablets. Methods： The formulation was screened by varying the degree of a single factor to come at an optimal disintegration time. Results： The disintegration time and dissolubility of the products met the requirements of Chinese pharmacopoeia for buccal tablets. Conclusion ： The product was characterized by its sweet - sour flavor, easy preparation , convenient utilization and controlling.
