摘要
目的:研究微波技术对槐花中芸香甙浸出量的影响。方法:对药材粒径、浸出时间及微波输出功率进行正交试验,优选槐花中芸香甙最佳浸出方案;用紫外分光光度法对槐花浸出液中芸香甙含量进行测定。结果:微波技术对槐花中芸香甙的浸出量明显优于常规煎煮方法。结论:微波技术应用于药材浸出是一种省时便捷,值得推广普及的中药浸出新方法;槐花细粉的浸出量明显优于槐花的浸出量。
Aim To study the influence of microwave technique on the amount of rutin diffused from sophora flower.Methods With some different powder radius of chinese medicinal material,diffused time,output power microwave orthogonal test was carried out.Choose the best diffusing test design.The amount of rutin in the sophora flower diffusion was determined by UV.Results Influence of microwave technique on the amount of rutin was superior to the general decocting method.Conclusion Application of microwave technique in the chinese medicinal material diffusion is a new method.The amount of rutin diffused from powder sophora flower is larger than its prepared herbal medicine.The result is coincidence with the traditional chinese medical theory.
