摘要
本文从组织惰性的研究视角,论述组织惰性与大学变革之间的关系,分析大学组织惰性的基本特点,提出大学校长治校过程中超越组织惰性、实施大学变革的基本策略。
From the perspective of organizational inertia, this paper discusses the relationship between organizational inertia and reform, analyzes the basic characteristics of organizational inertia, and then puts forwards some general strategies of organizational inertia transcendence and university reform.
