摘要
生态系统遵循自然选择机制。从生态角度来看高等教育系统,我们应该注重策略的选择。在我国高等教育大众化进程中,高等教育领域内各个利益主体的期望各不相同,高等教育系统面临精英化与大众化、数量与质量等诸方面的冲突问题。面对我国大众化高等教育发展阶段的若干问题,我们应当关注以人为本、依法治校,坚持可持续发展等策略。这些策略将保障生态型高等教育系统内部诸要素在动态平衡中得到发展。
From the ecological view, we should pay attention to the strategy options of the high-education system just like the ecological system following the rule of natural selection. On the way to the popularity of the high edu cation in China, the expectations of the various interests entities in the high education are different, the high education system comes to the crossroad of the elitism and the popularity, the quantity and quality. According to popularity of high education, We should focus on the people-oriented strategy, law-oriented strategy and sustainable development strategy, which are very important for building ecological high education system.
