摘要
区域电网无功能力作为电力网络安全运行的一个重要指标,直接关系到电力系统的经济性、安全性和可靠性。但目前研究主要集中在无功优化等方面,缺乏一种直接评价电网无功能力的方法。因此,结合静态能量函数提出了区域电网无功能力评估的新方法。首先,在保证电压稳定的情况下,通过内点法求出稳定运行状态情况下各节点参数以及在极限情况下的系统崩溃点数据,然后运用静态能量函数的思想获得各个运行状态下的能量函数值,最后建立表征区域电网无功能力的指标。阐述了新方法的应用背景和实现原理,并对IEEE-30标准测试系统进行仿真分析,仿真结果证实了该方法的准确性和有效性。
Regional power system reactive capability is connected with the economy and reliability of power system as an important index in power system. In this paper, a method based on the static energy function is proposed to judge the regional power system reactive capability, considering voltage stability limits. Firstly, ensuring the voltage is stable, getting the data of each node by using interior point method, secondly, according to the static energy function, it is to obtain the value of energy function under different conditions, and considering the value as the index of measuring regional power system reactive power capability. The research of regional power system reactive power capability based on static energy function is feasible, whose validity and rationality are identified by the simulations in IEEE30 bus system.
