摘要
糖皮质激素（glucocorticoid）因具有显著的抗炎作用,而常用于慢性炎症性疼痛的治疗。此类药物还可延长局麻药的作用时间,常与局麻药合用于神经阻滞,其疗效各异。本文对国外近十年来各种糖皮质激素在疼痛性疾病中的应用范围、剂量、疗程、疗效、不良反应等做一回顾。
Glucocorticoids have significant anti-inflammatory effects, so they are commonly used in the treatment of chronic inflammatory pain diseases. These drugs can also extend the time of local anesthetics, so they are often combined with local anesthetics for nerve block, but its efficacy varies from disease to disease. In this paper, the scope of application, dosage, time course of therapy, treatment efficacy, adverse reactions of several kinds of glueocorticoids are reviewed over the past decade according to the foreign countries data.
