关于儿童风湿性疾病的再认识 被引量：4

摘要 风湿性疾病是一大类炎症性、疼痛性疾病,所涉及的病种达数百种之多.从发病机制来说,涉及自身免疫、局部及/或全身的炎症.病因可以为代谢性疾病（如痛风）,也可以为退行性疾病（如骨性关节炎）,或者为心理精神因素所致疾病（如纤维肌痛综合征）,也可以为遗传性疾病（如自身炎症性疾病）.疾病所累积的病变部位可以是全身多个系统,也可以仅仅局部受累.近年来,国内外对风湿性疾病的理解和认识不断更新,本文就关于儿童风湿性疾病的再认识进行阐述。
