摘要
高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoprotein,HDL)的基本功能是参与脂类运输。有大量证据表明HDL在抗感染中起重要作用。HDL能中和革兰氏阴性菌脂多糖及革兰氏阳性菌脂磷壁酸,并具有广谱的中度抗病毒作用。HDL的1个亚类,锥虫裂解因子,能防御许多种非洲锥虫感染以及利什曼原虫感染。
High- density lipoprotein（HDL） functions primarily in lipid transportation. The cumulative evidence suggests that HDL may play an important role in preventing infections. It is generally accepted that HDL neutralizes lipopolysaceharide from Gram - nega- tive bacteria and lipoplysacchoie acid from Gram - positive bacteria. HDL also possesses broad antiviral activities in a mild manner. In addition, trypanosome lyric factors （TLFs）, a subset of HDL, can protect against most species of African trypanosomes and Leishmania infection.
