摘要
利用基于Gabor滤波的方法,采用不同方向、不同尺度对面包切片区域图像直接进行小波变换提取纹理特征,使用层次与划分相结合的聚类方法对面包品质进行聚类操作.实验结果表明,该算法具有使结果簇更紧凑和独立的效果,是实际应用中一个有效的选择.
This paper presents a novel method in classifying the bread quality and the texture features are extracted from different orientations and scales based on Gabor filters. The algorithm based on hierarchical and partitioning method is used to implement the quick cluster of bread quality. The experiment shows the better results with more compactness and separation, and the method is a good chose in practical.
