摘要
目的:调查不同民族(汉族、维吾尔族)护生实习前职业防护意识的现状。方法:自行设计调查问卷于2008年3月～2008年6月对128名大专护生实习前职业防护意识进行调查,其中汉族护生60名,维吾尔族民考民护生68名。结果:不同民族实习护生在职业防护知识和职业防护行为两方面存在差别(P<0.01)。结论:汉族护生的职业防护意识大于民族护生。建议在实习前应加强对少数民族实习护生职业防护知识与职业防护行为方面的培训,提高少数民族护生的职业防护意识。另外,所有护生实习前职业防护培训的深度和广度都需要加强。
Objective： To investigate the status of occupational protection awareness among different races （Han, Uygur） nursing students before clinical practice. Methods. From April to June, 2008, 128 nursing students were conducted to the inquisition questionnaire. Among 128 cases, 60 cases were Han and 68 were Uygur. Results： The occupational protection awareness among different races （Han, Uygur） nursing students are different, both in the protection knowledge and the behavior （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions： The occupational protection awareness of Han students is higher than that of the Uygur students. It is suggested that training on occupational protection in theory and behavior should be enhanced for the minority nursing students before clinical practice in order to strengthen their occupational protection awareness. Moreover, the covered aspects of the training for all the nursing students should be enhanced before clinical practice.
