摘要
以中国林蛙(Rana chensinensis)不同发育期的胚胎为研究对象,探讨不同浓度卫河水对中国林蛙早期胚胎发育的毒性.结果表明:中国林蛙胚胎在卫河水原水中不能发育存活;56%浓度的卫河水可使胚胎畸形率和死亡率显著升高;低浓度(10%、18%、32%)的卫河水能明显抑制胚胎全长和体重的增加,对胚胎发育过程中畸形率和死亡率影响不大.在研究污染物尤其是低浓度的污染物对中国林蛙胚胎发育毒性时,生长抑制参数是比致死率和畸形率更为敏感的终点参数.卫河水污染严重,存在潜在的致畸变物质,应加速卫河治理.
The developmental toxicity of the Weihe River water(WRw) on embryos of Rana chensinensis (eRc) are studied. The results show that eRc couldn't survive in WRw, when the eRc are exposed to 56% of WRw, the malformation ratio of eRe increased significantly. In 10%, 18%, 32% of WRw, the total length and body weight are inhibited obviously compared to the control group. However, in the early embryonic hatching time, early embryonic developmental time are delayed, the developmental stage of eRc is delayed obviously, but the mortality and malformation ratio are less impactes. This indicated that there are potential aberrant components in WRw, it was polluted heavily, and more strict measures should be taken to decrease the pollution. In studying the toxic effect of pollutant on amphibian (R. chensinensis) embryonic development, especially in the low concentrations, growth inhibition parameter: length and weight may be more sensitive than mortality and malformation, so it can be used as an alarm test system when mortality or malformation do not give significant responses compared to the control group.
