吉西他滨联合卡铂方案治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的:观察吉西他滨加卡铂方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法:吉西他滨1000mg/m2加生理盐水200ml,30分钟滴注,d1,8,15。卡铂300mg/m2加5%葡萄糖250ml,静滴1小时,于第一天使用吉西他滨前4小时。28天为一周期。至少治疗2个周期。结果:20例非小细胞肺癌均化疗2个周期以上,共化疗72个周期,其中完全缓解(CR)0例、部分缓解(PR)6例、稳定(SD)11例、进展(PD)3例。有效率30%,化疗不良反应轻微。结论:吉西他滨加卡铂方案治疗非小细胞肺癌是安全有效的。
