Synthesis and characterization of cuprous oxide nanorods

摘要 利用溶剂热法,以五水硫酸铜和氢氧化钠为原料,乙醇为还原剂,在乙醇与去离子水的混合溶剂中,140℃条件下溶剂热处理6~10h制得了不同长径比的氧化亚铜纳米棒。利用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)及高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)对合成产物进行了物相与形貌分析。检测结果显示合成的纳米棒结晶程度良好,尺寸较为均匀。在实验中还发现反应温度与溶剂中的含水量是影响乙醇还原性的主要因素。 Cuprous oxide ( Cu2O ) nanorods with different slenderness ratios was synthesized via solvothermal treatment of CuSO4 · 5H2O and NaOH in the mixed solution of ethanol and deionized water at 140 ℃ for 6 - 10 h,in which ethanol was used as a reducing reagent. Phase composition and morphology of prepared Cu2O nanorods were characterized by X - ray powder diffraction (XRD) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy ( HRTEM ). Detection results indicated that the nanorods were well crystallized and uniform in size. It was also found in the experiment that reducibility of ethanol was influenced by temperature and water content in solvent.
