A Dynamics Study of Surface Atoms Course During Film Epitaxial Growth

摘要 从理论上研究了薄膜生长过程中原子在表面上的各种动力学表现,对原子扩散、原子团扩散、多层膜生长等过程的动力学行为进行了详细的分析,进一步探讨了薄膜生长的微观机制. A theoretical study of various kinetic and dynamic behavior of surface atoms during film growth is presented. The dynamic behavior of atoms diffusion, the atom islands diffusion and multi -layer film growth are analysed in detail. The microscopic mechanisms of film growth is further discussed.
