摘要
教学质量监控体系和教学评估机制的完善关系到高校教学质量和人才培养质量的提高。完善高校教学质量监控体系和教学评估机制,应顺应科学发展观的要求,注重制度建设,细化衡量标准和评估内容,符合高等教育的发展规律。
The improvement of quality control and evaluation mechanism is of great importance to the quality of teaching activities and talents cultivation. To fulfill this task, we shall meet the requirements of scientific development, stress the construction of rules and regulations, and design detailed evaluation standards and content.
