摘要
分析了焊管机组中成型立辊的工作阻力的来源和形成。在几点假设的前提下定量地计算出了立辊工作阻力的大小,同时分析了影响立辊阻力大小的因素。计算结果表明,立辊阻力的大小与钢板厚度和钢材的屈服强度成正比。这一结论对整个焊管机组设计有一定的参考作用。
This article analyzed the source and formation of the resistance of forming vertical roll in welded pipe mills. With some reasonable assumption condition, the resistance of vertical roll is calculated out. The factors effecting on the resistance of vertical roll ware also analyzed. Calculated results indicated that the resistance greatness or smallness of vertical roll is almost in direct proportion to thickness and yield strength of steel plate. This eonclusion provided some reference to the design of completed welded pipe mill.
