摘要
介绍了焊管机组成型立辊双半径孔型设计的作图法，推导出该孔型设计的两个关键公式（ 值的确定），供孔型设计及制造加工时参考。
Introduced in the article are drawing-making method for designing the vertical roll dual-radius pass for forming machine in hte welded pipe production line and the two derived formulae for determining the value of which are very helpful for pass engineering and making.
