摘要
主要探讨影响水性聚氨酯木器涂料乳液稳定性的中和度和羟基含量以及环氧的不同加入量和不同异氰酸根和羟基的比值等因素对涂膜强度以及吸水率、硬度和树脂结构的影响,并根据红外光谱图分析环氧树脂在聚氨酯树脂合成中的反应情况,根据结果得知,中和度为90%,羧基含量为1.4%,当环氧树脂加入量在4%~6%,异氰酸根与羟基的比值为7时得到硬度与韧性较好,且乳液稳定性较好,涂膜耐水性较优的水性聚氨酯木器涂料。
This paper mainly discusses the influence of neutralization degree and hydroxyl content on the stability of water-borne PU latex; and discusses the influence of adding amount of epoxy and the ratio of isocyanate-hydroxyl groups on film strength, water-absorption, hardness and resin structure. IR spectrum analysis on the reaction of epoxy in PU resin synthesis shows that the resin is of good hardness and toughness when the neutralization degree is 90%, the hydroxyl content is 1.4%, epoxy resin amount is 4%-6% and the ratio of isocyanate-hydroxyl groups is 7; also the stability of latex and the water resistance of water-borne PU wood coatings is good.
