γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷改性聚氨酯乳液的制备与性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 以聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为主要原料,γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)为有机硅改性剂,制备了有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液,考察了KH-560的添加量和添加次序对有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液性能的影响。实验结果表明,KH-560的添加量直接影响聚氨酯乳液的稳定性,当KH-560质量分数小于8%时,制备的乳液具有良好的稳定性,继续增大KH-560的用量,聚氨酯乳液的稳定性显著下降,而且KH-560的添加量和添加次序对聚氨酯乳液的力学性能和表面性能影响显著,当TDI中—NCO的物质的量与PPG中—OH的物质的量和由KH-560生成的—OH的物质的量总和的比值[n(—NCO)/n(—OH)]不变时,随着KH-560用量增大,胶膜的硬度、拉伸强度、100%定伸强度、表面接触角以及耐介质能力明显提高,断裂伸长率显著减小,并且化学改性的效果尤为明显。 Polyurethane dispersion modified by organic silicane was prepared by using poly(propylene glycol) (PPG) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) as main raw materials and selecting γ-glycidylpropyltrimethoxy silane (KH - 560) as organic silicane modifier. The effects of content and adding order of KH - 560 on properties of polyurethane dispersion were investigated. The results showed that the content of KH - 560 directly affected the stability of polyurethane dispersion and when the amount of KH - 560 was lower than 8%, this dispersion exhibited good stability. While continuously increasing amount of KH- 560, the stability of polyurethane dispersion decreased obviously. The content and adding order of KH - 560 also greatly affected mechanical properties and surface properties of polyurethane dispersion. At the fixed molar ratio of -NCO group in TDI to -OH group in PPG and -OH group formed by KH - 560, when content of KH - 560 increased, the hardness, tensile strength, tensile strength at 100 % elongation, surface contact angle and solvent resistance of film of polyurethane dispersion greatly increased and breaking elongation obviously decreased, especially polyurethane dispersion prepared by chemical modification.
