摘要
从一定意义上说,教育事业是一种求"善"的事业,其追求的终极目标是人类个体的精神自由,因此,教师的职业行为存在着广泛的道德生活空间,对教师职业价值的体认也决定着其职业成就。教师劳动过程的长期性、劳动价值的潜在性、劳动对象与劳动手段的主体性、劳动形式的个别性和多元性等特点决定了:教育也是教师个体的一种道德实践活动。
Education is to seek "goodness" with the ultimate purpose of individual's spiritual freedom. Therefore, teachers' professional behaviour has wide scope of morality and the acknowledgement of teachers' professional value deeldes their achievements. All these characteristics decides that education is teachers' individual moral practice in a sense: protracted nature of labour, potentiality of labour value, subjectivity of labour's object and medium, peculiarity and plurality of labour form.
