摘要
新型农村合作医疗制度是国家医药卫生体制改革的重要组成部分,有效解决了部分农民"看病难、看病贵"的问题。作为驻地市级新型农村合作医疗定点医院顺应卫生体制改革,及时调整管理模式,合理控制参合患者次均费用和目录外用药比例,有重点推出医疗单病限价服务,与周边县级医院建立联合体医院模式,以技术帮带、免费培训基层医院进修人员、落实双向转诊制度和简化就医流程的方式,为参合患者提供优质的医疗服务。
As a part of the healthcare reform, the new rural cooperative medical scheme （NCMS） is fit for national conditions of China, it is truely to solve the problem of long queues and hefty hills in the rural population. As the appointed hospital of the NCMS in city, we must adjust the hospital management patterns in time to support the heahhcare reform of the country, its include rationally control on medical fees and prescribed medicines out of the catalog, meanwhile, provide the price-limited medical service in some select disease. What＇s more, the pattern of cooperative hospitals is being worked between the county hospitals and ours, its include provide support of technology and training the medical staff free of cost, practicing the system of transfer to another hospital in two decisions, simplify the procedure of getting the heathcare. With the methods of all of the above, we can offer the best medical service for the patient of NCMS.
