摘要
在色谱分离过程中强组分为零的情况极少出现，根据统计热力学研究得出的保留值分式ｌｎｋ＝ａ＋ｂｌｎＣＢ，当ＣＢ趋于零时，其色谱保留值ｋ应趋于无穷；本文在进行菊酯类农药的手性分离过程中有幸遇到ＣＢ值极低直至等于零的色谱条件，此时，其色谱保留值ｋ逐步趋于一个定值，而并非趋于无穷，此试验结果为色谱保留值公式的理论修正提供了实验依据．
In liquid chromatography system,it is hardly using the concentration of stronger solvent approaches zero.When we had the opportunity of using that limiting condition in the chiral separation of pyrethroid enantiomers,the retention value of the compounds tends to become a constant,instead of infinity.That results do not obey the adsorption equation of binary solution.
