摘要
对水淬锰渣的成分、结构及性能进行了初步研究。研究发现,水淬锰渣质量系数1.71,碱度系数1.09,属于偏碱性矿渣,具有一定胶凝性。水淬锰渣中TiO_2、MnO、f-CaO等组分较少,均低于GB/T203规定要求。锰渣含有77.2%玻璃体和一定量的α′-Ca_2SiO_4活性硅酸盐矿物,对活性均有积极影响。但是,S95级锰渣微粉活性指数仅为80.1%,低于GB/T18046规定要求,不宜将锰渣磨细直接用于水泥混凝土,否则会对制品力学性能产生不利影响。
The composition, structure and the performance were researched, The results showed that the coefficient of quality of the water quenching manganese slag is 1.71, basicity factor is 1.09, so it belongs to base slag and has some kind of gelling property. There is little of TiO2, MnO, f-CaO in the slag below the demand of GB/T203. The slag includes 77.2% vitreous body and a certain amount of α'-Ca2SiO4 activity silicate minerals which have a positive impact on activity. But the activity index of S95 manganese slag is only 80. 1% below the damand of GB/T203. Therefore, it is inappropriate to mill the slag and be used for cement concrete directly, otherwise, that will have a negative impact on the mechanical properties of products.
